OCI’s consulting practice brings Microsoft project management into each engagement that we are contracted to perform. We can implement all the technologies proposed and turned into a solution that is either turnkey fixed price or time and material based on the risk and requirements by the client. OCI Technologies utilizes a number of vendors to facilitate its main four solutions for its customer in engagements that are undertaken.
Business process applications are the software products required to operate business processes such as sales, customer service, manufacturing, inventory management, shipping, accounting, etc. Business process applications also include ERP (enterprise resource planning software) such as Peoplesoft, SAP, Oracle MSSQL, and Exchange. OCI Technology’s consultants for business process applications install and configure such software as well as redesign business processes around such software’s functionality.
Technology infrastructure is composed of the underlying technology that supports business process applications. OCI will perform an assessment, design and pilot for these complex systems of hardware and operating software necessary to run business process applications. OCI’s technology infrastructure services focuses on using the best vendor products to be installed, deployed, with data migration, and health checks for every part of the engagement to deliver the Statement of Work (SOW) in a timely and professional way.
Hardware installation and repair focuses on the setting up or repairing of the hardware, software products that OCI recommends in a computer network. OCI then uses best practices in building out the infrastructure service focused on the whole system and ensure that hardware components and software working together to provide the proper solution that is customized and delivered in a timely manner.
