JC Meghrian Founder and President
Mr. Meghrian is an OCI founder and President. He has 15 years experience in the technology field including experience in consulting, engineering, administration, design, and training from small business through enterprise levels. Before founding OCI, he was in the consulting side of the business operating an independent consulting company to provide design, engineering, and training expertise to enterprise and corporate clients. In 2002, he and Mr. Martorella founded OCI to perform services and training and services to the corporate world needing IT expertise, guidance and leadership.
In addition to his technical training experience, Mr. Meghrian has also been involved in extensive executive and operations management in the hospitality industry before transitioning into technology. In his previous career he was first in restaurants and hotels before migrating into the IT sector. Having had more than 10 years of operations management experience, Mr. Meghrian was responsible for all areas of business management and operations as well as human resources functions, revenue generation, marketing, and sales for restaurants and major hotel corporations including Peabody, Hyatt, and Hilton hotels. He has been responsible for operations management and was the director of Food and Beverage before moving to the sales office. In sales, Mr. Meghrian was trained by Hyatt Regency Hotel Group in relationship sales, which focused on building new and return customer business through retention and excellence in service.
Mario Martorella Executive Vice President and Director of Training
Mario Martorella is OCI’s Executive Vice President and Director of Training. Mr. Martorella has over 20 years of experience in electronics, technology training, and consulting. Prior to founding OCI, he was a director in another major training company based in south Florida. Previously, Mr. Martorella was a trainer and independent technical consultant for clients like Royal Caribbean cruise lines, Florida Atlantic university, FBI, AmCOMP, University of Miami, Barry University, Daily Management, the Art Group (UK) and others both domestic and abroad. He has done extensive work for Dell Corporation on a global level and has advised solutions for Dell customers around the globe. In addition, Mr. Martorella has done extensive work with Dell internal employees surrounding product training and consulting functions.
He has extensive experience with VMware, Citrix, Network Operating Systems, SQL, Exchange and most of the current and legacy platforms and technologies. In addition to his technical competencies, Mr. Martorella is exceptionally talented at building client relationships, learning about client challenges and recommending solutions that involve further use of technology services that has afforded him the position of "trusted advisor" to many of the organizations he has worked with both directly and indirectly. He is an OCI founder and has been a large contributor in building OCI into the organization it is today.
Josh Thomas Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Josh Thomas is OCI’s Vice President of Sales and Marketing and has 25 years experience in technical enterprise sales. Josh’s sales and consulting experience greatly compliment the skill set of OCI’s other managers. Mr. Thomas provides a seasoned ability to sell turnkey solutions for larger companies and enterprise level clients.
Mr. Thomas has previously worked in sales with Vector, Data General, and other major U.S. corporations. He provides a bridge and balance between direct hardware sales as well as turnkey solutions.
Jim Wilhelm Vice President of Finance and Operations
Jim Wilhelm is Vice President of Finance and Operations bringing more than 35 years of successful business practice to OCI. His responsibilities include oversight of OCI’s client relations and consulting operations. He is accountable for the ongoing services operations as well as development and implementation of procedures and systems that provide the maximum productivity in a technical environment across the spectrum of the company’s global operations. Mr. Wilhelm has assisted in developing financial processes and controls, operations management and controls, human resource and compensation policies, and has created and implemented an internal training program and provides the metrics through which to measure operational success.
Mr. Wilhelm ensures the consistent delivery of the industry’s highest levels of customer satisfaction by implementing staff service skills training programs and managing the most proficient engineers and technicians in the information technology business.
Before coming to OCI Mr. Wilhelm co-founded and served as Executive Vice President of TV Interactive in Boca Raton, Florida. Named the largest television production company in South Florida by the South Florida Business Journal, TVI built its reputation on technology programming airing on broadcast and cable television as well as the World Wide Web. Mr. Wilhelm has also served as director of operations for the Santa Fe Railroad as well as working as a business efficiency expert for many years.
Alicia Dahling, MACC, MBA Vice President of Finance
Alicia Dahling, Vice President of Finance for OCI Technologies International, was appointed to the position in 2008. In her current role, she overseas strategic new-business planning, financial analysis and reporting, and daily financial management of the company.
Ms. Dahling comes to OCI Technologies with 18+ years of accounting and finance experience including a decade of senior financial leadership to her credit, in both the private and public business sectors. Ms. Dahling brings technical expertise, dynamic leadership abilities, IPO knowledge and experience, critical thinking capabilities and effective communication skills.
Most recently before coming to OCI Technologies, she managed the Central and Latin American financial reporting for global publicly traded technology company. She was instrumental in leading her department in complex accounting projects; reporting and reconciliation; and budget, forecast, and financial statement development.
Prior, Ms. Dahling was the Director of Finance at Kaplan University (Washington Post Subsidiary) in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. She developed an expert finance team to manage financial operations and developments of the University including managing a $3.2 million budget. Earlier positions include Senior Financial Analysis and Portfolio Credit Management for global organizations. There, she held full accountability for budget development, audit management and implementing cost-saving business solutions saving nearly $8 million in consolidations and improved policy implementation.
Ms. Dahling holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration in Finance from Florida International University and two Masters Degrees in Business Administration (MBA with a specialization in Finance) and Accounting from Nova Southeastern University. She is a lifelong academic learner who continually stays abreast of current industry trends through the completion of multiple training courses, seminars, and self-study.
She is an active member of the American Institute of CPA’s, American Management Association, Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and Institute of Internal Auditors and is involved in public service, as well as community organizations, where she serves in a variety of roles.
